Disappointed with the March 11^th loss to Perdue, which took them out of the Big Ten Tournament, Fighting Illini coach John Groce has big plans for the future.

Rumors of a Norse freshman transfer student from a Scandinavian University have surfaced. Called “Needles” by his team, the previously unknown point guard stands at 5 feet 8 inches and still makes an imposing presence on the court. The age and eligibility of Needles has yet to be verified. We can only wait with anticipation to see what the next season has in store.
